The vibration, pressing & demoulding operations are automatically controlled by adjustable preset timers using only single button operation. Also loading & unloading of pallets is very simple & easy for faster production.
The electrical panel is provided with over load protection & easy to operate & maintain. The push button station is also specially designed for easy operation & provides all functions by simple lever switches.
The powerful hydraulic system is designed for trouble free operations & requires very little maintenance. All critical parts of the machine are routinely lubricated by Automatic Centralised lubricating system, which ensures smooth working of machine.
